All of our lead coaches hold a minimum UEFA B licence, with either coaching or playing experience in professional clubs.
Joining one of our weekly development programmes will provide you with opportunities to develop skills within a likeminded community and gain experience at an engaging professional academy. Our sessions are fun, personal and focused on caring for the player and their physical/mental wellbeing.
Our goal is to always make our players feel valued and happy, playing and developing in a professional programme which makes them proud and provides a sense of belonging.
Our programmes are for players who want to develop, be confident, engaged, independent and smart. They are not for players who don’t want to work hard, be part of a team or see this as an after school club.

We have over 300 players currently attending our weekly programme and have been blessed to have worked with many more who have gone on to gain contracts with clubs like Norwich, Cambridge and Ipswich Town.

JPL squad players play weekly (where applicable) in the Junior Premier League which is an established national youth football league that caters to talented young football players. The JPL provide a platform for young talent to develop their skills, gain valuable experience playing against some of the best teams in the country, and showcase their abilities in a highly competitive environment.
